Three-step results::

  2. Numerical analysis: determine the most optimal infill and yield. We work out clear financial analysis, taking into account the construction and development costs and an estimate of the sales revenue.

  3. Presentation to buyers: we negotiate in your interest. We draw up a short list of potential buyers. Ultimately, a maximum of 3 parties are given the first privilege of a close examination with the request to make a concrete offer.

For all this, we work on a classic commission basis. The owner-seller therefore bears the costs related to the sale of his property.
