To add a new FAQ, follow these 4 steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your dashboard or in the Editor. 2. Add a question and answer. 3. Assign your FAQ to a category. 4. Click 'Save' and 'Publish'. You can update your FAQs at any time.

How can I change the title of my FAQ?

You can edit the title via the 'Settings' tab in the FAQ section in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app, go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Wix Owners app and tap 'Customize'.

Can I add an image, video or GIF to my FAQ?

Yes. Follow these 4 steps to add media: 1. Manage FAQs from your dashboard or in the Editor. 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing FAQ. 3. From the answer text box, click the video, image, or GIF icon. 4. Add media from your library and save it.
